Ikigui (pronounced "ee-ki-guy") in English translates respectively as: ‘something important one lives for' and 'a reason for being'. Every person should have one and every company should have one. Everyone who walks through the threshold of their company should have a clear understanding of what and where the company is going. Everyone needs to know the company’s “Ikigui”. Ours is simple. It is to make a difference to our clients business by thinking of innovative ideas on their behalf all the time.
One Hundred & Ten is a place where ambitious advertisers and creative talents meet and build brands together. We collaborate on digital strategy, creative concepts, content in all its forms, user experience, web-design all with the client. To do this, we get intimately involved with our clients core-marketing group. We strive to understand both their business and their customers, and then we develop concepts with the inclusion of our clients.
You know the agency goes away for two or three weeks and then come back and Ta-Da!!! Doesn’t work anymore. This is a risky and expensive exercise. We can’t work in a vacuum and not having our clients intimately involved puts us in a vacuum.
One Hundred and Ten is made up of both dedicated full time people and dedicated freelance people. Our full-time people make up the company's core. They hold the key relationships with our clients and most of all, this group creates our culture of open ideation. Outside this full-time core, we have a small army of dedicated and passionate freelance professionals. This allows us to put the perfect team together for your needs. Our unique structure allows us to use both inside resident talent and outside specialized freelance talent to ensure the perfect team is put together to work on your business project.
